Help in extracting text bounded in rectangular box in an image

Hi! I am really new with MATLAB and interested on it. I've been doing a project that is image preprocessing. The image is filled with text that are bounded by rectangular box. i want to extract those texts bounded by the rectangular box only and filter those texts that are not bounded. Can you help me with this? I am really having a difficult time doing MATLAB code. Hope you could help me in coding this. Thanks for helping!
