How can I install Matlab Latest Version from mathworks.com

I am trying to install matlab 2017A software from mathworks.com. It says your account does not associate a License. What does that mean??. How to resolve that problem??

Assuming you are a commercial user. Then the "license owner" can make everybody's life easier and associate you to the license your are entitled to use. Then you can make the download yourself and there are some other benefits. But maybe they have chosen to administrate everything centrally, then you probable need to go to your IT and they download/install for you.
