How to use plot::Cone

I'm trying to use the "plot::Cone" command, and although i'm following the exact syntax as detailed in the Help (please see the image below), I keep getting "Error: Unexpected MATLAB operator." and I don't know what's wrong!

According to the documentation this function is intended to be used only in a MuPAD notebook, not at the MATLAB command prompt or directly in a MATLAB program file.

I tried the instructions for how to convert a MuPAD notebook containing this command to a Live Script but it wasn't able to translate the command to something MATLAB knows how to execute.

oooh, OK. Thanks a lot. I didn't even know what MuPAD is! So, do you know of any other way to do a similar thing directly in MATLAB?
