Cannot get analog reading from Arduino Uno with S-function-builder

I want to get real-time data by using S-function-builder from the analog read Arduino Uno for a potentiometer. Even I have given a collect code and no error but still cannot get any output (output=0). May I know why I cannot get reading and how to solve this problem.

I check the Static Code Metrics Report it show: Error Report Static code metrics report was not successfully generated because of the following errors. C:\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2016a\toolbox\target\supportpackages\arduinotarget\scheduler\include\arduinoAVRScheduler.h cannot open source file "Arduino.h"

How can I solve this problem?
