May you tell me when Campus License will be activated? I need MatLab latest version for my lab project in particular for the FPGA computation. Waiting for your kind reply.

I do not understand the point of "will be activated". You are linked to a license and can download and activate R2017a anytime, if I am not mistaken, so if you go to your MathWorks Account ans still have troubles, indeed call Customer / Installation Support.
