Is there a way to click and drag points on a graph to change it?

I would like to plot a graph and interactive click and drag certain points. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, there are not default functions or tools that have this functionality as of R2017a. Here is some code to be able to do this. Attached is a function where you can click and drag points on the graph plotted. Try the following: 

x = 0:.1:8*pi;
y = sin(x);
dragpoints(x,y,0,30,-1,1);
