Help On Adaptive noise Cancelling

Hello, I'm trying to study the perspective of adaptive noise cancelling and i have troubles making a properly working simulink model of an LMS adaptive noise canceller. Can somebody help me? Thanks

i have tried the LMS block in simulink and i have very good results for recorded sounds in .wav form. But i want to cancel noises that come from microphones in a room. So far the results are not so good, do you have any suggestions on what to implement?
