Integration of simulink generated code with a custom C code.

Hello All, I have project which has two parts ( Control and logic design part and basic Software part) Running on a controller not supported in the hardware package so i need just to make the control and logic part using simulink and generate a code. Till this point every thing is ok but i don't know how to integrate the generated code with the custom BSW C code. please i want any guide for making this.
