I can't open fuzzy logic designer

I can't open FuzzyLogicDesigner by typing "Fuzzy" in MATLAB R2015a command line What's the problem?!!!

The command prompt command is
fuzzyLogicDesigner

Your license check demonstrates that you are licensed for the Fuzzy Logic toolbox, but perhaps you do not have it installed. What does ver() say about it?
