How to add the support package for Neural Network Toolbox Model for VGG-16 Network?

The add-on Explorer in MATLAB is not working and when i tried adding it by visiting http://www.mathworks.com/add-ons/NN/ the page displays This add-on is not supported on your platform. I have to start a work on convolutional neural network and i am getting the same error for alexnet. Please provide suggestions.

You have to update your matlab software.

please install 2016b or newer.
