I need to organize an array into individual word or notepad documents

So I wrote this program to turn .csv files into graphs then read data from the graph and put it into an array. Now that I have that array, as well as a word document and notepad with all the graph data on each line, is there a way to individually sort all that data into separate word or notepad documents? It is just 1 number that I read from the graph but I need them individually on different documents.

Note: I am very inexperienced at MatLab and only started coding 1 week ago, so please bare with me.
