MALTAB SIMULINK ON OFF SWITCH BLOCK (in ms)

Hi,

I am searching a Simulink Block to ON and OFF in 20ms on Activate or De-Activate External Timing Control Block Such as Fault Generator or Three Phase Breaker in Simpower System. I am using Solver Fixed-Step and Discrete Ts= 1e-0006s.
