infinite norm in fsolve

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way I can use infinite norm rather than the 2-norm in fsolve options for FunctionTolerance.

No. You cannot choose this as an option in fsolve.
While you could in theory try to hack fsolve, editing the code to make this change, that is a BAD idea. If you don't know enough to write the code from scratch, trying to hack the code of another is a sure way to introduce nasty result.
