How can i denoise an EEG signal using wavelet transform method?

I have an EEG signal which is basically a .mat file file. I have imported the database into matlab and added random noise to it. Now i need to denoise the noisy EEG using Wavelet transform. How Can i proceed?

As next step you could have a look into the GUI directed wavelet analysis:
