I have three parent folders, lets say A, B, and C.
Each folder contains multiple subfolders. Let's name one of these subfolders "Reference". Consider it as a "Gold Standard".
Each subfolder contains 50+ images. The images are all different. However, the images within each subfolder, contained in the same parent folder, are all the same. Just with minor deviations.
I need script that will allow the user to. . .
- Select a parent folder - Would prefer the directory to be hard coded; no browsing.
- Select a subfolder; browse through file explore.
- Compare the subfolder images against their counterpart images contained in the "Reference" folder. Preferably side-by-side.
- The keyboard could be used to cycle forward/backward through the images.
Looking for general advice / instruction to help me get going in the right direction. I was thinking about approaching this using GUIDE. Perhaps there are some useful directory commands I should investigate to navigate through folders? Feel free to recommend any functions that might behoove me to investigate.
All help is appreciated. Thank you.
