why 0.1J energy is taken as standard energy in simulated environment of wsn?

in many research papers of sensor networks researchers uses 0.1 as initial energy for their simulated work. why they uses 0.1 as a standard energy? is their is any valid reason for this or it is depends upon our assumption.............plz reply as soon
