speech to text conversion

Hello all, Have anyone, till the date, worked on how to convert speech signal into a text format. I mean to say, if i have a .wav speech file saying "GOOD MORNING", then i should get output in text format as "good morning", with minor correction obviously. Anything related will be appreciated.
