what is the difference between shaffer test and scheffe post hoc test

I am confused with shaffer post hoc test and scheffe post hoc test. Is there anybody can tell me something about these two tests. Are they identical? I found "shaffer test " in some artcles. But I only find "scheffe test" in matlab function "multcompare"...
