Relation between Partition Coefficient and Classification entropy?

In iris clustering issue after evaluation of ‘U’ membership matrix, I got Partition coefficient and Classification Entropy value as… PC=.7554, CE=.4551. what does it means? If my fuzzy c means clustering performed is good or there is any issue?
