How to hide the window taskbar by a command in Matlab?

I am trying to show my figure in a maximized state. However, once the figure is maximized, it is popped up under the taskbar. I wonder if it is possible to hide taskbar by a command in Matlab, not by the window taskbar setting itself? In another word, is it possible to manipulate the window taskbar setting by Matlab?
