eliminate noise data

Hi, In my red curve (see the link below), I circled the points not desired. I would like to know if there is a code to eliminate these points. In fact, I want to keep the trend of my curve to interpolate or fit it with a fit function but first of all I have to eliminate the points that change its trend.
