Your MATLAB license will expire in 12 days.
Please contact your system administrator or
MathWorks to renew this license.
License #XXXXXX.
What should I do?

Hi Naga,
This occurs when your MATLAB license file is set to expire for one of several possible reasons. Simply re-activate MATLAB if you still have a valid license. I have attached a link below to our article that explains this message and resolution.
Why do I receive a message that MATLAB will expire in XX days?

What type of license do you have ?
The message you get says that you should contact Mathworks, you can do it by following this link: https://mathworks.com/support/contact_us/index.html
You will be able to contact Mathworks support to ask directly your question.

After Update licensing I am getting his message. License #XXXXXX is no longer eligible to be used on your computer. You should deactivate immediately. This process deactivates all releases of license #XXXXXX on this computer. Once you do this, you will no longer be able to use any release of MathWorks software with this license on this computer. This process contacts the MathWorks Web site via the Internet to exchange license data. For this what should I do?

In 12 days. This is the 11-Nov-2017. This question has been asked repeatedly in this forum. Always with the same date. And the serial number is the same 161XXX also.
Now you get the clear instructions in the message already:
License #XXXXXX is no longer eligible to be used on your computer. You should
deactivate immediately. This process deactivates all releases of license
#XXXXXX on this computer. Once you do this, you will no longer be able to use
any release of MathWorks software with this license on this computer. This
process contacts the MathWorks Web site via the Internet to exchange license
data.
Why don't you simply follow the instructions?
It is an assumption from me only, but it is very suspicious, that there are so many users asking for the same license number which expire on the same day. Direct question: Is this your license? If not, do you ask the public forum for illegal activities?
If it is your license, the messages are clear: It will expire on this day. You have to buy a new one.
