How to convert sif file to mat file?

I'm using the Andor Solis software (version 4.30.30000.0) and I get sif files that I need to convert to mat files. What script do I need to use? If important: each sif file contains 40 frames. In addition, once I have the mat file I need to convert it to a struct.
