I have a set of image slices of the cell nucleus from the microscope. All together they make a 3D volume. I decided to segment each image and have an outline of the nucleus. So now I have a set of coordinates in the form of [x points 1st slice; x points 2nd slice....] [y points 1st slice; y points 2nd slice....] and z I made as [0 0...length data 1st slice; 1 1 1...length data 2nd slice].
So now I have a kind of 3d mesh and I would like to draw a surface on top of it. I was hoping for patch function. But I need to provide a set of vertices and patches for it. Is there a way to avoid it?
