"Install USB driver for your Android device" fail ?

when I get to "Install USB driver for your Android device",error ocurrs: Running App Could not run TestApp on the device (Error id : RUNAPPF). The log is stored in C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\tp0b816b38_8667_4091_b21c_70509384becc\androidTestAppDiagnostic.zip. Contact technical support and send the file. The previous steps did well ，next when I do "verify",mistake ocours ,how to solve it ? Forgive me for poor English，thank you！

There is not a lot of detail that can be provided in the small diagnostic area when verifying the app. You will probably get better assistance if you contact Technical Support and provide them with the ZIP file indicated in the error message. The Answers forum (or comments section of the support package download page) isn't really the easiest place to go back and forth with testing and error logs.

Also let them know what release of MATLAB you are using (easiest to just give them the whole output of ver).

I'm also curious why you said it failed when on the driver installation step, rather than on the test app step? The driver installation should occur far earlier in the process than the verification of the setup. Did that step also fail?

Thank you, my problem has been solved, drive installation before this is successful. Many times I tried TestApp steps actually succeeded, the phone screen can not lock screen during installation. The version used is MATLAB2017a

THE SAME ERROR KEEPS APPEARING EVEN AFTER THE USB DRIVER HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED AND RUN. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU SORTED THE PROBLEM.(MATLAB R2017A)
