performance = 100%

good evening every body my question is ,are the performance 100% in neural net(confusion matrix) is normal or i have some data errors thanks

sorry ,its a classification task to distinguish between benign and malignant tumor in CT images.

i have 50 images ,so i ran the following code ,which give me 100 % performance in classification at the confusion matrix , my question is are its true or there is something wrong.
