How to calculate pixel size and make an isotropic voxel size

I have a stack of dicom images recreated to their three planes (axial, sagittal, coronal). The point is that I got a distorded image when it comes to Sagittal and Coronal planes. They told me to make an isotropic voxel size under interpolation to have it fixed. Can I have some ideas?
