plotting Quiver with C-Data

hello,
I'm trying to plot a quiver and set the colors of the arrows according the third vector of C-Data like in the Scatter plot. That mean something like :
quiver(x,y,u,v,c)
where
'c'
is one dimensional vector with corresponding magnitude to each element in the x-y-u-v. How can I do that? Thank you
