Multi input multi output data sets with respect to time

I have two time invariant input datas such as x1,..,xn and y1,..,yn. These inputs are related with a time varying output data such as T(x1,y1,t1), .. T(xn,yn,tn). I want to compute a function/model or system to obtain the output with different inputs for example xm and ym. I have tried regression learning toolbox of Matlab but I only define one data set but I have different input and output data sets and also output must be depend on time. How can I obtain that function/model or system?
