Hi, I need to convert a .mat into a .tiff file.
that, or I need a way to work around the image acquisition toolbox, because the toolbox only will save a image with multiple "trigger" events as a .mat file, and will not save the multiple images taken as a .tiff file. or tiff stack.
Many thanks Merrilee Thomas

Thank you for your reply, however , this doesn't quite work, because I have to be able to take all the images, within seconds of each other, in the command line, if I take an image, save it, take an image, save it, it takes to much time in the command line because I have to start(vid) stop(vid) save(image)...etc. I need to have an "event, where the start (vid) triggers 5 times, and then stops(vid) and this becomes a single image file in stack fashion, so it is like a video... or if there is a way to parse the images in a video into say 20 different images instead of one single video.
