how to generate a multi frequency sinusoidal current in simscape/simulink?

i want to generate a current which is a combination of sinusoidal current with amplitude 0.5 mA and logarithmic varying frequency. The desired frequencies are [2, 6, 14, 38, 104, 278, 746, 2000] Hz. the current waveform should look as shown in the picture. Please someone help.
