SimScape sensor outputting position and velocity of the mass as zero

Hi, i have a pulley system with a load, and im trying to reference the loads position and velocity but the translational sensor is outputting both of their values as zero, while the force sensor is actually giving variable output. And also my drum/inertia is not giving any angular position/velocity output either. Here is a screenshot of the model I have made so far:
