ASAMIN (optimization)

Hi, I was trying to use ASAMIN. In order to install it I have been reading this and this. I noted that ASAMIN folder/file must be download before to follow the instructions stated in the links, however there is no a direct link (working) to download ASAMIN.

So, my question is: Where can I donwload the file/folder for ASAMIN?
