How to add and subtract columns of an imported file while taking a cumulative sum

Hello,
I'm trying to add one column to a zero column and subtract another column while running a cumulative sum. Additionally, I want any negative value to be set to zero.
Here's what I did in excel: =max(L2+J3-I3,0) So value L3=L2+J3-I3. If that number is negative, then I want the output to be zero. That function carries through the entire column.
I'm pretty lost so any help is greatly appreciated.
