3D images as a gif

I wanted to display a stuck of 3D images as a video.

I have used the function save_3D_matrix_as_gif:

The problem with this is that I cannot adjust the intensity and the images look fairly dark.

Can anyone suggest any alternative function? Or maybe explain how to adjust contrast using the save_3D_matrix_as_gif ?

Read about imadjust

Even if I adjust the intensity values using the imadjust when I exported the gif file using the save_3D_matrix_as_gif the images are dark again.
