how to give dynamic inputs to a program?

I'm currently working to make adaptive beamforming for microphone array. I'm not using any phased array toolbox functions to define my array and its operations. So, I've manually written the program by defining steering vector and etc. In such a scenario, I want to test whether my matlab code is working or not, by dynamically moving the sources's direction( essentially changing the angles of elevation and azimuth of the sources) and test whether the beamformer output follows the desired signal alone. How do I give such dynamic angles as input to the running matlab code? Please answer me with all links and explanation as I'm new to MATLAB and its features.
Thanks in advance.
