Time dependent function in MATLAB which modifies a variable's value after a few known seconds.

Let x=100. After 5 seconds x should become 99. After further 5 seconds, x should become 98 and so on till x becomes 20. In C++, delay function would have done the needful. Please guide me towards a solution for MATLAB.
