AVX & SSE options not available for Coder/Code replacement library

Hello,
according to this video, it should be possible with 2018a to generate code using eg. the AVX instruction set for code generation, but in my MATLAB instance, they are not present. (I have licences for Coder and Distributed Computing.)
What could be the cause?

As of R2018a, generating code that leverages AVX instructions requires Embedded Coder to be installed and licensed.
