Is there a way to use imfuse in 4d images?

I am trying to imfuse 2 4D images. But I get error that it needs to be MxN or MxNx3 numeric arrays.

I use squeeze before imfuse still the same error. Is there a way to implement imfuse with 4D images?

I want to imfuse two different 4D stacks of images, slice by slice, and create a product (4D stack) from those two stacks. Any code examples please?

A nested for-loop should work.

Make it easy for people to help you. Either attach your data, or provide a code snippet people can use to generate plausible data. Describe the intended result. imfuse is generally used to merge two images (either in RGB format, or indexed). How would that extend to 4D?

Yes. Read the documentation for imfuse, determine what inputs it needs, then think about how you can chunk up your array into smaller parts. Use a loop to go over each part. You are not new to Matlab, a simple for-loop should be easy to make.

I use those lines for imfuse()

RA = imref2d(size(frameindex));
RB = imref2d(size(F));

RB.XWorldLimits = RA.XWorldLimits;
RB.YWorldLimits = RA.YWorldLimits;

C = imfuse(RA,RB,'falsecolor','Scaling','joint','ColorChannels',[1 2 0]);

C = imresize(C,0.5);
imshow(C)

Based on Matlab's documentation, but it doesn't seem to make it work.

Any suggestions from your side?

@Stelios: Please. You have been told multiple times to post an accurate description of the problem. "it doesn't seem to make it work" does not help. Post either the error message or explain the difference between your expectations and the results in detail.

@Jan. Actually, I was getting a blurred pixelized effect of 3 gray layers. Definitely not what I want or anyone would like that.

And then again the error that RA and RB needed to be MxN or MxNx3 and even with squeeze didn't seem to resolve the problem.
