Please check the image attached herein (Source; Load Frequency Control of Power Systems with Governor Deadband (GDB) Non-linearity by Wen Tan, Shuaibing Chang, and Rong Zhou). This image has a deadband inverse block. How can I implement this deadband inverse block from simulink. While the deadband block can be implemented from "Backlash" block, but I am not able to realize how to obtain the deadband inverse block from simulink. Please help

Probably the easiest way to implement this is via "build-your-own" simulink block using the Matlab function block (under User-defined functions).
Given that these blocks typically require some memory, you may also need to implement that as well either using a delay, or a memory block.
