Test Wireless activity detection sensor data through Simulink

Hello, I am trying to monitor the vibration readings through corrosion problem and test the readings of wireless vibration sensor through Matlab Simulink software, I haven't used simulator before and need some suggestion which helps me to send the readings of the software which I am receiving from these sensor transmitters via wireless receiver connecting through com port of laptop. Any leads to connect the reading through comport with Matlab simulator and test the parameters will be very helpful.
