NI daqmx and matlab compatibility

Hello all, I need the information regarding the compatibilty between the version of NI daqmx and mathlab. Our NI daq card (6353 X-sries) is installed in a system where the latest version of daqmx that can be installed (due to compatibility of older hardware) is daqmx 9.5 (64 bit). However, my matlab version 2017 installed in the same computer can not identify the NI card. I tried the same stuff in my Personal computer with DAQ mx 17, the card was instantly recognized. Is it a compatibility issue or something else?
