How to predict in real-time (guidance) when data is provided in REAL-TIME ?

Hi, I have applied newrbe function and I am getting good results when training the data and targets (0s and 1s). My target consists of 0s and 1s only.

by simply dividing the data sets and applying newrbe, I have also successfully achieved prediction.

However, I want to do it in REAL-TIME, I mean each time my data should be given to newrbe function or anyother function which would train the past data and predict the new targets according to new data provided (inputs) in REAL-TIME.

Kindly, let me know any tutorial, which will help me to solve my problem. Thank you.
