Matlab function block in simulink

I am trying to use matlab function block in simulink to collect some data from simunlink simulations, process it and plot the results. processing involves FFT Someone please advise how this can be done

Could you provide some more information about your use case? How exactly do you happen to be using the MATLAB Function block in your simulink model? How exactly is the data being captured? Would you want to process all the data at once or in a piecemeal manner?
