How do I input a jpeg into app designer?

Hi!

I am trying to upload a company logo into the app designer UIFigure. I tried to use the graph function to do it. But it appears to not want to work with the coding that I could find that others have tried. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also I was trying it in the startup callback part, is that the correct location for that code?

I am using the R2018b.
