booster converter module doesn't work, power electronic

I have to use the legacy powerlib. Now as the title says the booster converter block doesn't seem to work. When I add a pwm signal with 0.25 0.5 0.75 instead of boosting it acts as a buck converter. I tried with blue fonts and normal pwm generator too. Any idea what is wrong?
