How can I implement IIR Hilbert transform filter?

I have the following parameters;

sampling frequency=2*10^9;

data rate=1*10^9;

Message signal;

I want to implement the analytic signal by adding the Hilbert transform of 'Hilbert(Message signal)' to 'Message signal' itself. For Hilbert transform of Message signal I want to implement a Hilbert transform filter. Then How to desigm Hilbert transform filter in Matlab?
