How to save alphashape image as STL or CAD? can any share idea's?

Get the alphaTriangulation from the alphaShape and then call stlwrite (new in 18b)

A = alphaShape(rand(10,2))
[T, P] =  alphaTriangulation(A)
stlwrite(triangulation(T,P),'foo.stl')

Did you resolve this? The tetrahedra are made up of triangles as its faces. You'll need to extract each triangle as its own entity. It should be just a little bit of indexing. Let me know if you want an example (Not sure if you figured it out since the answer was accepted).

use boundaryFacets instead alphaTriangulation for nx3 matrices

A = alphaShape(rand(10,3));
[T, P] =  boundaryFacets(A); % here
stlwrite(triangulation(T,P),'foo.stl');
