How do I change the scale or input a a large amount of row observationfrom Excel?

I am tryning to plot power data with the function of time(minutes).

The dat is between 0 and 10 kW and should be plotted by Y axis. The problem is there are too many of observation rows due the scale being in minutes, around 700 hundred of them.Ex:

[0.223 0.229 0.232..........]

How do I scale it so in the plot the scale of Y axis is only between 0 - 10 kW

I tried this formula, but all I got is an empty plot with Y- axis, 0 to 10 and X-axis, 0 to 13. Along with Error :

using tabular/plot Too many input arguments.
