How to read. mha file

from database ,I got some .mha files .me planning to work on these images but it is 3D . unable to read in Matlab could you please me to sort out the problem

I have never used .mha files, and have no idea how to process them. There are some references on the Web that I discovered.

Search the Web with the search term .mha files matlab, or simply .mha files.

That is the best I can do.
